I'm not interested in date coded heater hose, just a replacement for my heater hose that says "Mopar 5/8 heater hose". Anybody know where I can buy? Thanks!

It is in the Gates catalog and everything in the catalog is available at Rock Auto.

I don't remember if it was the 5/8" or the 1/2" hose. But I do know Mopar dis-continuied one of the sizes a few years ago.

ck with your local dealer, you might get lucky.
and just and FYI, I use to work at a dealership, and the parts mgr showed me a box of Mopar brand hose a few years ago after he opened it. and the hose was blank no writing what so ever

Thanks for the info. I just called my local dealer and he said that he has 5/8 heater hose without the Mopar logo. The ones I have are 11 years old with the Mopar logo, hope they still make them. I will check with Gates next, can't seem to find what I'm looking for on rockauto.com. Thanks for all your help so far!

Just called rockauto, they say they don't have any with the Mopar logo.

Year One carries the 1/2" heater hose with Mopar logo. Didn't see any 5/8"..

Jacks Auto Parts shows a kit for $64.95 that has 1/2" & 5/8" with Mopar logos..

Ooops. I reread you post and realize now that you want it to say Mopar. Gates does not make that, sorry. Hoover motors have the date coded reproduction hoses.

5/8 heater hose from Chrylser is no longer marked saying "Mopar 5/8 heater hose." 1/2" heater hose from Chrylser is still marked "Mopar 1/2" heater hose." I have both here in stock. I do have some 5/8" heater hose that is marked "Mopar 5/8" heater hose" but that is my personal stash and isn't for sale at any price. My suggestion is to stop at every dealer you can and check with their parts department, you might get lucky and find a roll.

I started looking for it last year with my latest project and came up empty handed... ...It was'nt the correct hose but still made a nice touch for a driver...
