As far as I know, there were 5 factory stripes available on E-body Barracudas, the '70 hockey stick, the '70 AAR, the '71 billboard, the '72 style, the '73-'74 style, and the early "mid-body strobe". Is anyone aware of any other styles? I recently saw a picture, it was actually a drawing, of what appeared to be identical to the AAR strobe stripe (definitely not the "mid-body strobe") except the stripe continued where the "AAR" and "'Cuda" lettering normally is, and below that area was an engine callout, sort of like with the hockey stick. I would love to go with this stripe if it was available from the factory, but I've never seen it before. Looks sort of like this.

The stripe you saw was most likely something someone came up with. If you know what you are wanting based on what you saw, one of the stripe companies should be able to do a custom one for you. They may charge extra for it. A Moparts member (IIRC, it's ChallengerGary) does custom stripes and could do it for you.

It wasn't any of those either, Dayclona, but very cool blueprints, thank you. I had no idea those even existed. I think a lot about the "what-ifs" with our cars, I guess there really was a lot of thinking and planning that went by the wayside.

I don't know, I'll probably just stick with the hockey stick as planned. I just love the AAR stripe so much, but I can't see putting it on as it's not even close to correct for my car. Maybe I could get one custom made as suggested, without the AAR part...

intragration - I can make the stripe you are looking for. I've made several custom AAR style stripes for people. I usually charge $90 for a set of AAR stripes whether they are custom or not...
