I need to install them on a 70 cuda, does anyone have a template, or measurements for a location? thanks

Just bolt them wherever you want and they will be considered correct.

Its weird, but I found that when I bolted mine on (not original), it makes a big difference in the way it looks depending on how you angle them. I say use some two sided tape and get them positioned by trial and error until you get them HOW YOU LIKE THEM... then drill your holes.
