That aside, I think your setup is good for the 450 hp you want as long as you concentrate ($) on getting the heads to maxi flow.

i will sugest the hughes 'whiplash" cam its for a low CR engine and will not kill off any low end torque idles like a funny car and smoothes out around 1800 2000 rpms and is a great red light to red light bruzer has a nice lumpy lump to it is very street freindly..works better than what the sound would have you thinking for sure

No porting to the 346's? The resto mod cam is pretty mild with that 115 LSA. What converter do you intend to run. It will still make good power with that cam with the intake and carb you have with headers. I hope if the vacuum advance is hooked up it is on ported vacuum. I like to leave it off till I have a month of tuning and driving before i try tuning it in. A had a Red 383 65 Fury III convertible when I was young Called it the Heavy Resurrection Plymouth
