David Radcliff over at Roseville Chrysler in the Detroit area, He advertises in most of the mopar publications. Tons of stuff in stock meens no shipping charges for us locals, and I have never paid list on anything I have bought from him.
Another tip, buy at swap meets and avoid sales tax.

For big items, try to find a dealer within driving distance.

I plan on making a trip sometime from Seattle to Portland (Columbia parts) area and load up (quarters, trunk pan, extensions, trunk lid, etc.). No shipping costs (other than my gas/time) and no sales tax.

Often, vendors will bring items to swap meets too as aforementioned.

The swap meet / car show is the cheapest way. As mentioned no shipping costs or sales tax. It doesn't hurt to call a vendor ahead of time to make sure they will be bringing the parts you need to the show.
Prices on ebay seem pretty cheap but the shipping prices can vary A LOT!

AMD is 45 minutes north of Atlanta, just off I-85.
Set up your buy from one of the dealers here and make the drive to AMD from North Wilkesboro and save yourself a TON on shipping if you need any large/bulky items. No worries about shipping damage either!

These guys may be the closest to you. They are a pleasure to do business with and have given me 20% in the past just for being a Moparts member.
