wow! I just watched your video on ur link.Scarry looking track you race at.Hope you find you info on the glide.
It is a scarey track .Real narrow and very little shut down.Get outta shape and its gaurd rail city. Its actually an old highway that was turned into a Dragstrip in the late 50's .Its in Temple Texas and its called Little River.I know lots of guys running my ETs and lower that wont race on it to the 1/4 .Its not my home track ,its about 300 miles from me .That run was at a Nostalgia event there last October .Im either a bit braver or dumber than them that wont run mid 11's there , dont know which .At the time my car had no rollbar and just and old rotten lap belt holding me in the seat ...

Did your 60 foots change when you switched over from the Torqueflite Sam ? I feel a bit better knowing that my 60' is real close to yours with my little 8.5 slicks .I guess the Dart is hooking pretty good on the slapper bars to go 1.57 60's with the same weight of 3000 lbs .I really dig that Coronet of yours BTW ...

the converter in the p/g lets me go 500 rpm more than the one i had in the 727.actually if i would get the proper converter for my combo i would be in the low 1.40's 60 ft.but it's working fine as a bracket car, besides start going faster than 10.00 is a whole other world of rules, and certifications,so i'm good where i am. oh hell,60's are identical.

I have a glide set up for a BB but I think I will change it over for a SB and put it in my car, I plan on a 5800 - 6000 stall, car is 2400# with a 405ci W-9, currently with a 1.20 to 1.21 60'... I wouldnt mind if the 60' was a 1.25 or better

Put one in mine at the end of last year and I love it. 3000lbs 416 small block. Fastest the car had been in the 1/8th was 6.22 with the setup at the time and I went 6.26 with the glide in it. I will say it honestly lost .04 in 60 ft and .06 total.

There has been a glide in this car for 20 years. Run a 1.76 stock planetary. Going to a 1.80 straight cut for my next transmission.
Weighs 3328 with me in it. 6.50's in the 1/8th with a 493" pump gas motor.

I run a Coan glide in mine! I dont think I could hook it up to the track without the glide. Not on the true 10.5 tire anyhow.
