Bill Hirsch Auto Space Age Bright Aluminum 2000 degree spray paint. There is no other paint. From there, you move on to ceramic coatings. Me? Rustoleum Hi-temp... I only want it to look good when it's installed...

Good point on the preparation. I chemically stripped mine, then sanded them down to bare metal. I only have a spot type sandblaster so I used it to get into the nooks and crannies. Then I liberally used wax and grease remover to prep them for the first coat. Not quite as intensive as detailed in the previous post but I expect decent results. The better half wasn't too pleased when she stopped by the shop and saw my NEW headers as they were being stripped!
