It was nice to get out for the 1st time this year. I only made 28 passes at the track last year. I will be there full time this year. I brought the wheelie bars back up, from 1" under the wheels ( usually about 12" under the front wheels). This last weekend I put the wheelie bars at 4-1/4" under the wheels, gives me 3' to 4' wheelies

Are your wheelie bars the spring loaded type... it does come down hard and bounces... I would lower the bars more and try to get it to carry more.... try lowering the front of the ladder bars to give it a softer hit but it will also give it a longer sustained hit

I saw several of your runs Saturday. It looked really nice but it always looks good. I always like the look of your a-body; looks like the Pro Stock stuff of the early to mid 70s when I was a kid. You had the car hauling for an altitude density of about 2500'. I made 7 runs pushing my little Dart to an 11.49 at 116.15. Not too bad. It was a great day!

My wheelie bars are spring loaded. The ladder bars are already in the lowest hole. I will be lowering the wheelie bars this coming weekend. The 60" times this last weekend were, 2 - 1.279, 1.295, 1.294, 1.296 .

Hello Chris, Thanks. There was alot of cars at the track last week. Numidia's website, said that there was 147 cars at the track for test & tune. I didn't see you. I only took 1 walk around thru the pits. See you this weekend......

Hi Jim,
Yes it is me. Just getting everything ready for the season. I am going to some money races this year and of course I will go to Numidia, Beaver Springs, Quarter Aces, Skyview, and maybe Maple Grove as well. It will be busy! I still love the good old southern 1/8 mile tracks....Skyview and Quarter Aces are the only 1/8 mile tracks up here. The temps are up it was 86 today and 84 yesterday. We are breaking records left and right! BTW I didn't see your other post about Numidia.
