I need a replacement 3-4 shift fork for my A-833.
I took the car out tonight,hammered thru the gears,stopped car,blazed thru first,hammered second,went to 3rd and nothing,good thing I had a 6,000 chip in the MSD!No 4th gear either.
I was really hoping it was a linkage problem, but after inspection,I discovered the problem.
I was able to remove the sidecover without dropping the tranny and found the broken lever!
It was a factory bronze gear anyways.
Who has a better replacement,no chinese stuff please.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
John

The most popular choices are

www.brewersperformance.com and www.passonperformance.com

Both are very reputable places to deal with.

Yea,I read about the steel ones, that's what I'm after.
Anyone know why they made 'em out of bronze in the first place?
