I have a 3 prong switch in the tranny and need the plug and wire that go to the starter relay. Any idea where I can find one? Thanks!

Thanks for the replies. The trans is a 66 and later (pretty sure its later than '70, but can't say 100%) Its a CRT race trans and he used the 3 prong safety switch. The starter relay is stock for my 62 Savoy. I don't have the wire, so I'm not totally sure what it looks like. The picture you provided looks like it would fit the switch, but not my starter relay. At least not without changing the ends.

You will probably have to butcher the 3rd wire to match your relay, the plug will fit the switch so it seems like a viable option. Last time I priced it at the dealer they were 15 bucks or so.

Quote:
Be careful selecting the 3-prong harness, the switch changed in '78. The switch on the far right below is the '78 and later, next to it is the '69-'77; the long switch harness doesn't work properly on the short switch and vice versa.
good info there,thanks

The wiring I pictured I think is from a 78 truck book...
