Picture below is from my 1968 Polara 2Dr HT... notice the "reverse" conical horn pad. I remember seeing the wheel in a 1968 Data Book, but do not recall if it was available for C Bodies only or other vehicles also...
Anyone know how common they were... I do not recall ever seeing another one.
Upper trim level 68 C-bodies. 67 had a version of that as well, but I think different center cap and 'maybe' different wheel but very similar style. I think all 67/68 Sport Fury's had that kind of wheel standard. Polara trim is the Dodge equivalant. Are you sure it was optional?

Yes, optional on Polaras... not sure about Polara 500s

The wheel was used for 67 and 68-- with the padded center being 68 only to conform to the new safety regulations of that year. Offered only in C bodies. In Chrysler models it was standard feature in New Yorkers and optional on all others (300,Newport,T&C) Hey Mopar1!! More pics!!
