I've been driving the GTX now for three years without the tail panel trim. Well, by next month I will have all seven pieces of trim restored and ready to mount. Problem is I have no clips, does anyone know what they look like and where I can get them? 70 GTX - inner ring tail panel trim. below is a picture for reference Thanks

If you can come up with an original clip or pic of one you might be able to find them here Crest Industries . They are a body shop supply and sell retail also (obviously an online store too). I've found alot of hard to find molding clips there. It's easier if you can walk in with a sample to show them. There's probably a place similar to them local to you.
Kayse can't keep up at all now. lol

Au-Ve-Co also has tons of body clips.

There in lies the problem. I have nothing to go by. Was hoping a GTX owner would chime in. This may require a second thread.

Maybe, are those for the GTX trim? I have no idea as I've never seen what they look like. Know where I can get them?

Really, $50.00 for 8 clips and a roll of adhesive tape?
Thought you wanted to see what they looked like. There they are. Check with BE/A or some of the others on the board here and I am sure you will find your parts.

The upper trunk lid piece is held on with double sided tape and one clip and nut at each end. The lower trunk lid piece is held on with 9 small screws(Wheel Moulding Screws Maybe). The L shaped pieces are held on with 3 wire spring clips and 1 screw. The C shaped pieces are held on with 3 chrome screws. And the lower piece that runs above the P-L-Y-M-O-U-T-H emblems uses 5,6 maybe 7 white plastic clips that are held in the body with a built in push rivot and the moulding snaps over them(Available from Tom at R/T specialties). Hope this helps, Jeff https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...amp;Search=true
