I just put the lift and 35s on it. I have no desire to take it off roading whatsoever
Restoring a car to look "only" as good as the factory made it is like getting a boob job for your wife and having the doctor make them two different sizes to seem more natural

  Only had it a few weeks, fixing a bunch of stuff on it that I missed when I bought it. Has some frame rust at the rear shackle mount area, exhaust leaks, and one of the bolts for the steering box mount is broken off in the frame.  On the plus side, it has an okay running AMC 360 with a healthy cam, MT 33x12.50's in great shape, 3 speed manual trans, and although it's been patched it's a steel tub that is in decent shape. Going to probably put a new set of headers on it, full exhaust instead of dumps, do a rear brake job, fix the frame rust & steering box mount, then put a locker and 1 piece axles in the AMC 20 rear. I also am probably going to swap the wheels for something more traditional.

Couldn't get wife to drive an SUV or this one wouldn't have gone on to new home.

'07 GC Limited with the MB 3.0L turbo diesel. 35,000 miles. We are the 2nd owner. 1st registered owner was Daimler Chrysler as it was an executive lease vehicle. Drove 20 hours to get it and it now resides less than 10 miles from where it was born @ JNAP. Hands down, best daily driver type vehicle we have ever owned. My wife loves it and so do I. Averages 21-23 MPG and has plenty of power. I have been a crusader for diesel power for years and I love telling people about this truck. You would be surprised that a lot of "car" guys and even a lot of "Mopar" guys do not even know these CRD Jeeps exist. Can't wait to test drive the new 2014 diesel Jeeps and 1/2 ton Rams once they come out.
