looking for input into a cam selection for my Duster. Would like a solid flat tappet.
75 Duster (3000 lbs)
727 auto with a full manual valve body
5000 stall 8" ptc converter
4:56 gears
28" tires
11.5 compression
410 stroker
2" hooker headers
Holley Pro Dom tunnel ram 2 600 1850's
W2 (2:08 x 1:60 valves minor port work)
roller tip rockers (blue MP ones)
Limited street

Also who is a good company to buy from

Thanks in advance
Russ

I'd use this: 260-266 @.050, .578-.551 w/1.5 ratio, on a 107lca and 3° advance.
It's comp lobes.

Thanks Brian, I bought my existing cam from you a couple years back, this looks like the same one. It worked great but I took a lobe out of it so I need to replace it.
I sent you a email last week but maybe it has changed.
What is the best way to catch up with you for pricing (need new cam and lifters)?

Do you know what may have caused it to lose a lobe??

I was up on the rev limiter (7000rpm) and it started to pop so I shut it down. When I pulled the valve cover I had one push rod off the rocker cup wedged between the rocker and the head. The only thing I can see is a combination of the clearance set a little to loose, possible valve float with the agressive lobes.
Cam was working great up to that point.
