So I have been gathering up parts for a t bucket style rod. Picked up a mid 80s van with a slant 6 and a 4 speed. Thought it might look pretty cool. I saw one once and with the custom header it look very cool.

Any one have any pictures?

Thanks

I want to build a lkesmodified with a slant in it. I even have an extra early hemi laying around but would like it to be different. but three carbs on it or one of those vintage adapters for two holly 97's. I have even seen with with a blower mounted to the side of the slant. lots of people or putting gm and ford 6's in stuff. plus different is good

There's a local guy with a T-bucket and a /6 and it even has a "Valiant" chrome script on the radiator.

He left the show before I could get pics.

Saw your post and I agree heartily.
Have some pics of slant 6 T-buckets I'll try to dig up. Particularly like this one, which I believe might be from MI.
The guy drives it long distances-- first time I saw it was in Nebraska.

Found another one of that T-Bucket. The headers really make a dramatic visual impact.
May be mistaken, but looks like a Ford T-Bucket body that's gotten a little massaging and with the different windshield frame and the grill shell it sure looks all Mopar on first impression.

That's actually the kind of thing we want to build! My wife and I sat down with a huge stack of street rod magazines and decided on a roadster pick-up!

Sweet!

Thought I'd pass along a couple more pics of the first /6 T-Bucket noted above from when I saw it at the '05 Hunnert Car Pileup. /6 looks good from both sides.

I wished I had the $1250.00 this truck sold for , I'd leave the body & paint as found , just make it roadable . How many low buck rides can you find like that !
