It may not be the best fit, but is anyone running 275/60/15's on a 7" steel wheel ?
Will it work ?

I'm talking about the rear tires of course...

Thanks
Mike

I run it on a 8,but I am sure plenty of people do it.Its just going to make the tire look different. The tire shop will explain that to you.

No problem. Works better with an 8" rim, but it will work and look OK with a 7.

I run it on a 7" rim. It makes the tire bulge a bit and makes it look narrower than the same tire would on a 8-9" rim. Works fine, traction is fine, seems to put down a solid looking patch of rubber.

I have them on a 6.5" rim right now. I am going to go with an 8" sometime this summer.

Can't be much worse than the factory putting 31x10.50's on 7" wides, and I actually saw some 33x12.50's on the same 7" wides.

They will fit on 7",but 8" is best and is preferred.
With an 8" rim you get the full benefit and advantage of the 2756015 tire.

I mounted one of each and stood them side by side at my shop.
You can physically see the difference.
If you do not match the rim accordingly to the tire--you are wasting your money..IMHO.
