I'm converting a '73 Duster column shift auto to a floor shift 4 speed. What can I do with the column to get rid of the auto shifter? I live in New Zealand & it was a major mission to get a set of Duster 4 speed pedals so I don't want to go through that again getting the correct column.
Does anyone make a lower hub/ring for the auto column that replaces the shifter hub/ring?

I'm in the same boat with my 73 but I will probably make something up or patch it unless something "cheap" comes along.
The car was free so I can't complain, a BB A body!

A BB A body for free sounds like a great deal, what are your plans for it?

I was thinking about leaving the gear indicator housing but strip it out & maybe rig up a shift light inside it.

The lower ring with the shifter I would either grind off & fill or replace with a home made piece (I'm a machinist) but rather than re-invent the wheel I thought I'd ask what everyone else has done.

I got a 400 to stroke out to either a 470 or 500, haven't decided which yet. Patch up the body as I don't want a show car just a nice driver.
