Does anyone no how thick a 68 barracuda windshield is? and if theres a company that makes thinner glass(lighter)? And if a heater delete was offered in 68 cuda's? Thanx so much.

I have been told that most of the new replacemnet windshields(especially those that are imported)are thinner than the OEM ones installed at the factory back then As far as heater delete I was told by NHRA in the mid 1970s that the 1968 Mopar cars offered heater deletes and the 1970 and laters cars did not due to federal safety regs Maybe so, maybe not on both years Contact the Chrysler historical society and ask them for the straight scoop

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
