If you bought it on your credit card and it ain't right. Send it back with a letter outlineing the problem (in detail). If they don't send you the correct one or send you a credit on your card, Contact the credit card company and request they debit the vendor's account and credit yours. I purchased a rear tail stripe yesterday from them and hope I don't have your problem. However, I used my credit card.

Just remember to apply them in a reasonable amount of time (1 to 2 months tops?). Found out the hard way on my kids car. Ordered some stripes and it was 5-6 months or more before we attempted to apply them. They didn't stick worth a hoot!

Well I went for a walk and thought about it and figured since I was too p/o to talk on the phone id email them...no email addy in there site.

So I called and spoke to a diff person and get an email addy explaining with the blackout im doing there was just no way to use the kit they sent.

So they asked if I could use this kit on anything? Said for 99 bucks they would send correct kit.

I said do it....what else can I do? It was made clear to them the colors needed and why the contrast?????? live and learn....

This is the wrong pattern, they are reversing it on the next kit, I hope. They did get the R/T part right, red with black border.

I didn't realize timeliness was that important. I appreciate the tip!

It was either Phoenix or another supplier that recommended they be used within a month or two at the most.

I have actually installed stripes that have been on the shelf for years with no problems. I even know people that have installed 30 year old NOS stripes with no issues. Not sure what material Phoenix uses but I can tell you this much, if you keep the stripes stored in a cool dry place you should never have a problem. Put them in your attic and you may as wel throw them away.

BTW - I have only heard good things about Phoenix (other than their prices). I would not hesitate to buy from them - If I weren't in the stripe making business myself

The stripe kit they sent for my friend's 71 Olds W-30 was awful. They replaced it with another kit. It was equally awful.

They custom made my reflective billboards, and were great to deal with. I should be putting them on soon-

Charged me an extra $100- maybe a bit steep- but my Cuda' won't look like everyone elses. If they look dumb-I'll peel em and put regular flat black ones on. They stated that the material is pretty expensive, and they obviously use quite a bit of it. I think they will look wicked-

$100 extra for reflective really isn't too bad - that material is very expensive. Their regular pricing is pretty high already so I am sur ethis caused a little bit of an "ouch" factor. Should look REALLY cool though
