Do it right and you will be much happier! Go to an authorized PPG shop and have them color match to what you want. They can make both the vinyl paint and the base for the metal dash. they may also add some flex addative for the dash pad and you will need some vinyl prep to spray onto it before sparying hte color. Best advise would be to use a basecoat and clearcoat for the metal as it is much omore forgiving and you can sand/buff out any runs or imperfections. If you don't have a small detail spraygun or compressor you can buy the little white spray can/bottle set up (buy 2 or 3) and you should be OK. Practice on some scrap parts to get the feel of the spray bottle - they can be tricky
If you are painting things that get a lot of wear - like armrests, don't be surprised if they eventually wear thru the paint, just repaint as needed.
