todd440 top fuel Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,607 Lapeer, MI.	The bearing manufacturers usually use the rule .001 clearance per inch of journal diameter. So in your case, they would want .0026 on the mains, and .0023 on the rods.

Cab_Burge I Win C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 43,180 Bend,OR USA	Loser is way better than a tiny bit(.0002) to tight, especaily on bearings and piston clearances I like and use .0025+ on the rods and .003+ on the mains Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
