It resembles the Comp Cams Pro Magum rockers.

Look like early Procomps before they started using bronze bushings... Known for galling to the shaft & holding valves open when they shouldn't be....

CAT made some BB stainless, maybe some SB kits also Galled up in a hurry The shafts and rockers need to be compatable for the disimilar metals to work together
