is it possible to get a small drip of oil from between head gasket.cometic head gasket 528 hemi.
seems to drip 1 drop every 30 seconds,1 small drip from #1 cylinder area hits my header./

Is this from the oil return hole? I sprayed mine with Hylomar Blue. Last time I used Fel-pros and they leaked like a pig.

Do you have the correct surface finish. Head and block have to be very smooth for these gaskets to work properly

This is most likley from the oil drain back holes located on the front and back corners of the head. I had a customers car with cometics leak badly in this area. I would try to retorque and see if it helps. Both my engines with felpro's never had this issue.
