Dean was diagnosed with cancer about three years ago and seems to be back. He is in the hospital and has not been eating for 2 weeks.Looks like he is loosing the battle.Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. Jake

Oh man, that's terrible. I keep seeing these old masters and old friends leaving us, and it seems that the page is being turned. It's tough to watch.

He built my last motor a few years ago and was always there to help or just great to sit around and BS with.

My prayers are with you Dean i remember the good old days in the 70s and 80s when we raced each other i also remember th last time i got to see and talk to dean at the dutch classic a few years back we talked aout the times when Chrysler was helping us out with some of the hemi stuff and some of the new stuff they had found out since then it was really good to see him.
I hope you pull through this my friend as i would really like to speak to you again
