thanks for the advice...i have a feeling that the only thing keeping me from good times will be my lack of driving skill. i really appreciate the 'grass roots' typw info - and not spending a lot of money unnecessarily makes sense to me. i think i need new shocks anyway, so i might as well spring for some good ones like rancho 9000s or something similar. i saw a racer in san diego (can't remember his name darn it) with a sweet duster that FLEW and he had a pretty simple set up he had tuned himself. i enjoy wrenching, body work not so much.

i just was asking what should be changed/added before i paint it and put in the interior, since it is a lot harder to make modifications after that is done. i am not much of a bench racer, since i don't really know what the car is capable of!
