I agree with Scott. Lasting damage to your back won't show up for a while. Sorry about your left turn and damage. Glad you are ok and walked away. Good luck, bud.

Thanks for all the concern its means a lot. Some of you I have met and know and others just on here and it really does help. I was trying to get the chassis sorted out with the help of Keith the owner of Skinny Kid Race Cars, who has fixed a lot of stuff on the car. We installed a Race-Pak data system to get the converter figured out and the best shift point. Well the converter is to tight only goes to appox 6000 and lugs the engine down on the launch for almost a second then go up to the shift point. It still had a few 1.13 sixty fts at 2570LBS with a glide. It got loose at
the 330 Ft mark and went left hard and hit the wall. I am still sore but getting better. Thanks again.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune, Pete.

Get well soon

sorry for you luck Pete. Hope you get it fixed soon, that car rocks!
Looks like it was really destroying the tire on launch.

Sorry to see that Pete, you've been working on it so long. Hopefully mostly cosmetic and minimal tubing damage. Keep an eye on your neck and back, those injuries can take a while to fully appear.
