Anyone remember Kramer's from Edmonton Alberta? It was in the 80's, they restored a swingout fender LCF and it was painted red. Gorgeous rig.

I wish I could find the pic but back in the 80-s when I ran a ss pull tractor I bought a older school bus, cut it down to a small rv size, did it right and put the back of the bus where was cut off, decked the back in oak planks and and had a slight dove-tail....worked great.... I might have a old pic...

This is a fun thread.

I can remember when I was in high school it was a big deal to have a "race only" car that you towed on the ground to the races. It was even a bigger deal if you had a open trailer.

Soon the ramp trucks where what the factory guys had followed by bigger ramp trucks, then the enclosed trucks then fifth wheels then the semi's they have now.

Its funny how the race car hauling equipment that so many members have far exceeds what many factory race team used to use.

The old ramp trucks were the shiznizzle in the day !
