Why ask us? Call 440 source, they'll know exactly what will & wont work with their parts.

It amazes me how many people that post here think the general population is more knowledgeable than the people who make the product!
well by YOUR logic, we should all be asking MoPar any technical questions we have about thier products they made since there inception. wow dude.

Rocky I remember that thread about the partially blocked 440source WP housings. A guy is sending the new alum WP itself to my door for $35 and he didn't have a housing in his parts list. I needed a WP for my 451 coming together so I'll(with your info) use one of my iron housings. thanks again Rock.

Hummmm still think the problem was related to the pump and not the pump housing. The thermostat is as big a restriction as the "narrow" passage in the housing. Robert let us know what you find out. I've run the offshore housings for years but prefer the Milodon pumps with the cavitation plates.

moparts does know more than 440source. the source is going to tell you whatever you need to hear to have you buy that pump just like alot of vendors. so i think the oiginal poster is justified asking the question
His question wasn't about how good the pump is, it was about what it will fit. I think we can trust Brandons crew to give us a straight skinny on applications.
I can't imagine why this would be in question? It's sold as a big block water pump... not a big block water pump for 440source PNxxx housing...

I understand what you are saying, but something that has no benefit other than a few pounds, unless you are a dedicated racer is money spent for nothing.Other parts you mentioned are a gain in performance and I see nothing wrong with that.As for the rest of my comment, look at the things our government "TRY's" to make better. In general, they just screw it up.Going on everywhere.Common sense is a forgotten word in this day and age.

At least some on this site had a good idea why. Simple question is all they are. No need to slam anyone for it.

if you look close, theres still some communist sand in there. Democratic sand would have worked much better IMHO. I can say that becouse I aquired a set of the product in question.

When I get some, (stealths) I'm going to run the correct antifreeze and there was a good thread on this awhile back but I didn't pay attention to it as I thought I'd always be using the good ole green stuff forever. I will get a zinc sacrificial anode that screws into one of the cooling ports & they are cheap & said to be beneficial.
