i posted this yesterday but for some reason it was deleted.

So what engine builder will dominate this years shootout? Who will have the most #1 qualifiers and top speed?

Does jeff have anything for the warfish? Inquiring minds want to know.

I think there are more Hemi builders out there besides Jeff and their record speaks for themselves, if I recall there was a West Coast team that did well at the Hemi Shootout on the west coast using Jeff's heads. And of course there is that builder in Virginia, I think he supplies Bucky Hess with motors and I hear he has a new car in the works. Amazing what a small world the Hemi club is.

That sure is a tall intake. Is that for an SS/AH car or something with a taller scoop? I wish the photo hadn't got the bottom cutoff. All I can see is the intake.

i received this pm below from will;

is your problem with Jeff? You see the need to keep stirring the pot on here. If you have a problem with him go call him up on the phone. His number is listed. If not you need to get your CW knee pads off and get a life.
Will Prater

1. will i dont have knee pads on, i think its awesome that someone like CW goes out and kicks but at these events.
2. If you or jeff cant take the heat get out of the kitchen.
3. i have a life, a great job, wife, kid, building a nice car, so yes i think i have a life.

make sure you get your knee pads on and tell jeff you are protecting him

From Pm to public forum. Now maybe you can stir something from behind your computer.

1. I think he does a good job too. Charlie elevates the bar and makes the class that much more fun to watch.
2. Ha very original.
3. so

I don't think you are doing this forum any good by trying to continue to stir the pot. Charlie is a big boy and can take care of himself.

"make sure you get your knee pads on and tell jeff you are protecting him"- what are you about 16yrs old?

BTW- no more keyboard banter with you unless you want to use your real name.

Will, thanks for saying what I was thinking.

Charlie has a problem with Jeff. Thats there business. The way I see it as long as they each continue to help develop the Hemi and raise the horsepower levels, its all good.

As long as theres a Hemi under the hood, we're all in this together.I don't know why there are certain people that want to bash Jeff. He's a good guy to deal with. Charlie may be at the front of the pack right now, but that doesn't make Jeff a bad guy.

Will what is wrong with stirring the pot. I guess you dont have any favorite sports teams you cheer for or any favorite drivers you cheer on.

Did i ever come out in public and say i have a problem with Jeff, no i said "does he have anything for the Warfish", can he compete with him this year, will he even have a car out???? JEff talk some much crap on the other forum, but i guess its ok only if he says something.

16 no, i am 34, live in long island NY, Anthony Carbone Jr, if you are ever in NY look me up !

I wish mr2 would repost that pic so we could see the rest of it. whos motor is that? turks?
later.

in response to the HP question, the good ones are making a little over 900. the majority are making around 825. it takes 940 if you want the pole.

940?? whos making that??? your not or your cars JUNK i quess thats why its for sale i heard 40,00 rolling i think it might be worth it.

DefRank claims 905 so if your 940 i just dont see it on the track But a junk car can do that.I remember hearing someone say your reply a few years back at INDY when the smiths had their new motors and were turds easy copout (the cars are junk)

825 dont sell it so short most are making better than that your on the pole as a result of nothing better to do. If you are making 940 on your dyno. Most companies will comeout and calibrate it for you ask your daddy for some more money and get someone out
