Can a 3.5" .125 wall aluminum drive shaft survive 800+ hp and 3400 lbs or should I look at other options? Also has a t/brake.

my dynotech 3.5, they said was good to 1000hp and many have exceeded that. not sure on the wall thickness though.

i have a aluminum drive shaft,in a 3800# charger with a four speed.the motor dynoed 850 hp,and i beat the hell out of it,no problems so far.....

i got a MWilliams aluminum 3.5" driveshaft in my 65 plymouth making 835 hp.no problems, just use 1350 U joints on both ends.
