The problem with spray bars is you can't see where the oil is going with the VC's on. Cut a window in the top leaving a 1/2" flange around the outside and make a billet cover. Then you can take it off and prime it by hand to see were the oil is aimed.

I see(get it?) Thanks, good idea.

This is what I did. No problems.

So from the oil feed in the block to each lifter bore? That would preasurize the lifters

so you run the nitrous through the lifter up through the pushrods to the rockers then through the rocker shaft into the chamber?

seriuosly though that is nice work.

Right when i first read this post i thought of this pic i saw once.... I think this would be the best set up unless you want to drill the lifter galley holes.

Nice work

I drilled the rocker arm to valve adj , also made sure the spray bar oil holes were facing/spraying on to the valve covers , this will make sure the oil sprays directly onto the adj/PR , i agree the ball/ball is not a good idea as mentioned earlier , i was forever pulling the valve covers to find a couple of scorched rods , all is good now.

So you had the spray bars spraying to the back of the valve cover, or the intake side? Where did you drill exactly? Just trying to picture it, thanks for the input.

The rocker arms have a 'bath' where the oil sits , i drilled through the top of rocker arm to exit right @ the adjuster , also redrilled the oil holes in spray bar to direct oil to the adjusters , these spray bars out the box seem to have an issue with #7 intake & #8 exhaust rockers , they miss there target by a mile.

I'd do that too if I didn't have pushrod oiling. Without pushrod oiling I'd run a double spray setup with one bar spraying each end of the rocker arm.
