CME advertises a 675hp 13;1 Edlebrock head motor for $7299 long block.. Has anybody used one? Any good?? Here's the web page; http://cmengines.com/Engines/RaceEngines/tabid/98/Default.aspx My Demon runs 11:50s @ 115mph w/ 4:56 koni ladder rear w/ the 383. I want to run in the mid 10s. Thoughts??? Don Is there long block made from a low deck 400 motor or 440 RB block?The reason I'm asking is the distributor and intake manifold issues, they don't interchange Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. So a 512 Mopar on the dyno makes 675 HP and has a new block? If your going to spend $7300 on a long block, I would buy the parts yourself and have a good shop check everything over. I sure the heck would not run a TRW piston in a 13 to 1 motor. JE yes not TRW. Snap your neck, mega G-force launch, is all I want!
