Do you have to remove the 1/4 glass to install the one piece cardboard headliner in a duster?Car will be getting painted soon and was just wondering if I should leave anything out to make the headliner install easier.

No, just the metal trim strips along each side. The front edge is tucked into the windshield gasket.

I didn't know if it would fit through the door opening.You know Dave,like a certain one piece floor pan.
