Monster Mopar is almost here, Sept. 25, 26, 27. A couple new things this year including being scheduled a couple weeks later in the year, and of course this year we have John Cope's CRT Ten-oh shootout. Looking forward to a great weekend of Mopar racing, hoping to see a bunch of you there!

OK so I am asking this ahead of time this year. What time do I need to be there Friday to get in the gamblers race?
Also what day is the 10.0 shootout being run?

NO delay boxes in Pro...... just like always. Most everything in the race program will be unchanged, except there is no Pro Max class and of course we added the CRT Ten-oh shootout. This is a big reason for this thread though, getting some of these questions answered ahead of time. Keep em coming.

Mark, What's the track address? I looked it up on their website, but it's got a PO box number???? I need to have some stuff shipped there that I need ASAP when I get there...... Wayne EDIT.......I figured out to just leave the PO Box off the address.........

We've stayed the night Sunday many times. They guys picking up trash will be there early Monday morning. We've never had a problem staying.

Friday is test & tune, qualifying for CRT Ten-oh Shootout, plus a gamblers race for Pro and Super Pro.
Sat and Sun plan is time runs at 9am, 1st round by noon.

How's the race car pit parking. Looks like we have some good rain chances Friday and Saturday. My dually gets stuck on wet grass.
I'll be coming in on I-55 from Louisiana. Someone advised me to take I-255 right before St Louis to avoid the traffic. Hope to get to the track around 2PM Thursday.

If you will be here at 2pm, you would be better off just taking 55 all the way into St. Louis. It narrows down to 1 lane at the Poplar Street Bridge (into Illinois) but at that time of day you would only have a few minutes delay. Just stay in the right lane as you get into downtown, and slow down in case there is a backup. Once you cross the bridge, it's about 3 miles or so to Rt 203 and you are there! 255 is the long way around, but if you arrive during rush hour it may be worth it.

Due to the mistake in the advertising for Monster Mopar, the Hemi class now WILL have Saturday eliminations IN ADDITION TO Sunday elims. It's our mistake so Scott is dipping into his own pocket to cover the Saturday Hemi class payout.

Qualifying is ranked on closest to the 10.00 index and set on a sportsman ladder. Not sure about the stickers, that will be up to John Cope, but if he is supplying them you should run them.

You do NOT have to run CRT stickers to race in the 10.O , but it would be nice if you did,
I do have a few "CRT 10.O ShootOut Particpant " stickers left

Yes on the crewmembers, Saturday time runs start at 9am. Street Eliminator is several classes back in the schedule so you have some room. There is only one time run though so don't miss it.

1 time run for all the classes that run eliminations on Saturday: Pro, Super Pro, NSS, Street, Hemi, and Ten-oh. Quick 32 gets 2 qualifying runs on Saturday.
The Trophy class will get an additional time run (maybe 2) during the day as time permits.
On Sunday everyone gets 1 time run and then into eliminations.

Friday turned out to be a perfect day. After a 2 hour rain delay the skies cleared up, the sun came out, and everything went smooth as could be. Tommorrow (Saturday) will include the CRT Ten-oh shootout eliminations and Quick 32 qualifying........ Can't wait.

CRT10.0 scheduled sat will compete sunday now pro class sat 1st Rd will divide $$$$ among 1st rd winners S/P Sat purse put onto Sundays purse NSS will complete 2nd rd then continue . great show even with the sporatic showers met some new MOPART MEMBERS to me don
