Went to start the car yesterday, put it in reverse and it died. Tried to start it and no power to anything. Tried to jump start it but stil nothing. So far I have checked that the battery is charged, I have power to the starter solenoid, and there is power to the fusible link as it goes into the bulkhead. I have a SW tach and disconnected that from the coil just to make it sure it was'nt playing games. That is about as far as I have gotten using a test light. What else should I be looking at?

It was the ammeter terminals that were a little loose.

Check the largest main feed wire on the inside of the bulkhead connector. It is known for corroding and cuasing power failure.
