I picked up this housing [free] and want to know what it is. The guy I got it from said it was a Dana 60, but it has a 12 bolt cover. It was from a E250 van. Has a 3.5 inch tubes. Is it worth building for a drag car [68' notch] Or should I keep looking for a Dana 60?

It's the HD 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton rear, I think the ring gear is around 10.5", it's used under lightnings so at least there's aftermarket parts for it.
