Does anyone know where I can find a stock power steering valve body for a 71 B body? Under load my power steering belt squawks horribly but the alignment and tension are good.. I'm guessing I'm getting too much pressure from the valve body and suspect it doesn't have the right springs in there.. thanks for any help!!

I'd place the blame on a glazed belt or pulley before the power steering valve.

Yeah that's what I thought too but I replaced the belt and sand blasted the pulleys for a little rougher surface so that maybe the belt wouldnt slip and it still squawks unfortunately.. It's really loud starting 50mph and hard accelerations of course...

thanks for any suggestions guys, I appreciate it

The pump regulates the pressure, not the valve body, the valve body just controls the direction the pressure is applied to.
