topside Too Many Posts Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 20,764 A collage of whims	I like to run one filter before the pump. Some are easier to disassemble & clean than others. Make sure its flow capacity is as much as, or more than, your system - make sure it doesn't neck down inside - so it's not a restriction, and has as much filtration area as you can fit in its intended location.
