I need to get another neadle and seat assembly for my rear carb. I noticed there are 2 different sizes a .097 and .110. What size came stock on a 4365 carb. and what is the differnce besize the size?

Other than flow potential I don't think there is any difference.

Holley offos more sizes than that, get the biggest ones you can. Them six pak are thirsty rascals

Thanks Cab. I just talked to Mr. Sixpack and he said to use the .110. It looks like I got some debri in the rear carb because gas is pouring out of the air horn when I start it up.

I have had the same thing sometimes you can remove the needle and seat asembly and clean the debris out and reused them, sometimes you can't I always try If I can't fix it, it is broke so I throw it away and replace it with a new one

I pulled out the neadle and seat, blew it with a little blast of air and gas is still gushing out of air horn. I will get another one tomorrow.

Put the new one in and still gushed gas out of the air horn. So, I took the rear carb. off, took it apart and blasted with some air. Put it back together and it looks like it is fixed. No more gas coming out of the air horn.
