And or to thin for your weight and speed braking needs.

Pat, a piece of sheet metal bent up to deflect air onto
the rotor helps that alot(just like the nascar boys,
if you notice the cooling slots there isnt anything
bringing in any air(really those slots are for 2 things,
cooling and letting off gases from the pads)

I'd say you need bigger brakes. You are frying those little things.

The slots in the rotors are to help cooling and are directional, That rotor belongs on the left side of the car. It should have an arrow for the direction it turns on the back of the rotor where the pads touch it

Those things will crack soon if you're not careful. Swap them over to the other side. I'd look into them being re-surfaced if they're not too warped already.

Also those are Strange rotors with Wilwood calipers. Who's and which pads are you using. I use Strange TAN/SOFT with their rotors. And Wilwood Smart pads with their rotors.

Also if the Strange rotors were turned, the arrows could be gone. Don

Don't try to turn them rotors on a brake lathe. you need to have them gound on a flywheel type machine.

Too many breakout passes
On a serious note, they will crack with that much heat cycled in them
