I picked up a set of 315/60's last weekend from a local Heads-up racer who usually runs M/T's. He was telling me he got them at a tire test for Goodyear where he ran them back to back with his Mickey's. He only made 4 runs on them but said they were very close to the M/T's he runs, but like a little more tire pressure. It was a Turbo'd small-block Nova, 8.60-8.80 range. I haven't had a chance to try them yet.
I figured, "Yeah right, Tire test for Goodyear...." then I get them home and notice "Not for Sale" cast right into the rubber on the side!!!

Thats cool, and I'm glad to hear they were not far off from the MT's in performance. The compound doesn't feel as soft to the touch as Mickey's, but then again mine have never seen a burnout. I'm a little concerned since they are not even in the Jegs catalog.
