I'm looking at some R block stuff. The casting # is 4532907.The information I have says its a 48* siamese block w/9.2 deck hite. Were they ever made in a 9.0 deck? I can use the 9.2 deck but not 9.0 deck. Thanks

Without looking up casting #'s, real quick, just ask them if it has a machined oil filter boss on it to accept an oil filter, if it does it is not a 9.0" deck. 9.0 Decks will have a blank unmachined boss.

Also most 9.20's have motor mounts, 9.0's don't. Real quick simple way to tell a 9.2 VS a 9.0 visually

That casting was machined 5 different ways, three PNs were 9" and two PNs were 9.20", so just use Ryans ID tips and you should be able to figure it out.

No filter boss machined is 9.00 deck, & it will not have motor mounts either. I've only seen 1 9.0" R3 with both motor mounts, the Aluminum cap PS truck 9.0 R3's had ONE motor mount per side... Those blocks (PS truck) also have 7/16" head bolt holes.
