checked the fluid in my 8.75 non suregrip and it is low. what do i refill with? the manual says to refill with mil-l-2105b. anyone care to translate

The original factory recommendation for the '70 Challenger and Dart was SAE 90 above -10 F. 90 weight should be fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use 75W-90 either.
