Im thinking about putting disc brakes on the front of my 71 scamp. I want to stay small bolt pattern. Who has the best kit for the money? The car is used about equal street and strip time.
Thanks, Bill

I used the SSBC kit from Mancini for my '71 Dart GT. It was rather expensive ($830 to my door), but was complete and easy to install. I highly recommend SSBC.

Locate a set of factory Kelsey Hayes brakes and rebuild the calipers. Takes a little more effort, but it's the cheapest way to go, and they work great!

If you front end is not going to be rebuilt the advantage of the add on kits is the spindle is not disturbed and the alignment is untouched but they do sound pricey.
