Anyone been to the Monster mopar weekend at gateway? Is it worth a 7 1/2 drive?
Also was there any issues with only having a IHRA license.

Thanks Don for the heads up . We are thinking about driving down on Thursday. It looks like you can park early if you pre register. I was looking at the www site and they mention pit parking for $50 that's not on top of the $125 to race is it?

IIRC I only paid to race last year. And you can go anywhere, the swaps, show, etc. Love it out there I wouldn't miss it for the world, probably won't race this year though since the car won't be done

i think its a great show. ive been to a few of them. imo, it was better than the MATS last year

It is always a great show with a BUNCH of sweet rides.. I go every year but this is the first year ill get to take my car!!!

MIGHT be towing up from Texas looks like fun and a cool road trip.

I'm thinking about it.. can you camp out at the track?

Wont be racing this year. In the middle of a BB change over did finally get some SR'S now its Short block time!! Will be with PLUMBAD see you there!

I have been going for years, It is a great show as long as it isn't too hot out.
