Anyone know how/where to get this piece? Is it something you can purchase or a restoration process?

Yeah there's some vendors selling the stuff, you'll pay anywhere from $20 a set, to $40 a set,
I have a small run of the chrome bead left over from restoring a few customers headrests,.....if you need some, it's free of charge, just PM me, here on Moparts, your shipping/mailing info
