It depends upon which bellhousing you have. Some later ('70s) BHs are drilled with dual bolt patterns, but most likely you'll need a new BH with the 4-speed pattern. O.D. or non-O.D A-833? Or NP435 granny first gear 4-speed?
What year, make and model is your vehcle? V8 or /6??

Your BH is too old to have the dual pattern, so you'll need a 4-speed pattern BH with the non-O.D. size IBR bore hole.
