I tried the collar trick and it didn't help , what else could I do? It is moving between 5 and 7 degrees at idle and when I rev it up. It's a stock dizzy but no points it's electronic could it be the dizzy? This is all greek to me.

have you checked for cam walk and is it a stock ballancer?
