http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whoopie_pieSo a coworker had a batch of whoopie pies shipped in from Maine and they were really good. So doing a little research I found out the state snack of Maine is a whoopie pie but the state dessert is Blueberry Pie! You know the got it going on when you have an official snack and a dessert.

I just read they actually have a blueberry tax in that state.
Not high enough obviously if people are still eating them.
And wasn't that a dessert of the evening in the Lounge before?

Yahoo odd food tax article - like New York City doesn't tax bagels but taxes them if you get them sliced.
Do they charge an extra tax for cream cheese, but only if they spread it on ? If they just plop it in your hand it's cheaper?

The theory is its more likely to be eaten there if its sliced, and in-store dining is taxed. Watching Silent Hill again - giant knife scene now

I guess that makes vague sense...in a bagel-eating-in-a-store sort of way.
Have you seen the IInd one yet btw ?
Might watch it or the first one again soon...
Oh, and to evetS to helping me with the container today as well.

I got it when it came out....it's ok, but doesn't seem to have the same....hard to describe, but the same punch the original had.
Giant triangle head/sword man is back though at least.
