BAD PARROT

A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary.

Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity. John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to 'clean up' the bird's vocabulary.

Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even more rude. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer. For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed. Then suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a minute.

Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer.. The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable behavior."

John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude.

As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behavior, the bird spoke-up, very softly,

"May I ask what the turkey did?"

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Potato and chedder cheese if you were smart.

And for your wife getting stuck with such an inferior berry for her birthday.

Notice there was no raspberry available.

I could only carry 1 home. But my second choice was cabbage and mushroom.

Did you blueberry mate from Oz go home yet? Looks like you would need the strength that only blueberries could give for that many containers.

Yep, dumped him and his remaining bag of blueberries off at the airport on Saturday

The plan a month ago was to do 2, or maybe 3 containers...we ended up doing 6 of them, and I had another boat delivered yesterday and another one coming still to ship.
I picked up some B body stuff in my travels a couple weeks ago and finally have the time to go through and clean it all up and flick it and do some more cleaning up in the garage...it's a mess between stuff going in and out to ship, cleaning out the old truck and not putting it all back away in the new truck, etc

Turkeys are made from tasty, edible meat.
Penguins are made from blubber and compressed snow.

Down to just a blue car now.

It's shocking but true. I confess. I have indeed eaten

turkey. The other half of my statement is as a result of my massive list of qualifications to speak as an ornithologist.
